Weihai Ceylon International Co.,Ltd. was established in year 2016 which is a joint venture of the WE Link Corporation of Japan. The company located in Weihai, China and in charge of the production and sales of XCELINK brand battery. 

The WE Link Corporation is a company integrating research and development, along with the production and sales of battery including motorcycle battery and storage battery. Support by the WE Link Corporation the XCELINK battery has achieved rapid advancement: XCELINK has been invested with the knowledge and improvement from various joint ventures and technological investments.  

Now, the factory has over 500 employees, including 20 technology engineers and 30 quality control engineers. There are ten advanced battery punching and rolling production lines using the world's leading assembly and welding equipment. XCELINK produces lead-acid, gel and graphene batteries. Eight million batteries used for energy storage, motorcycles and electric cars are produced annually.  

XCELINK has passed and implemented standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. The company also achieved certifications OHSAS18000 and ISO10012.Our products have obtained many other national and industrial certifications including UL and CE certifications. XCELINK is committed to providing consumers with a safer, secure and more stable battery.
