CBB's LiFePO4 Lithium-ion 12V Engine Start Battery sets a new performance standard for Star-Stop & Micro-hybrid vehicle applications by delivering outstanding cold cranking power with a battery that outperforms incumbent lead-acid technologies. By utilizing advanced chemistry and system design, the CBB solution offers outstanding cycle life, high charge acceptance, and up to a 6% weight reduction over lead-acid. CBB's LiFepo4 difference provides a robust lead-free solution to the rigorous demands of start-stop and recuperation, which are key fuel saving features of a micro-hybrid vehicle. Already producing a third generation product, CBB continues to set the bar on lithium ion battery performance.

Characteristics

All batteries are made of high rate LiFePO4 cells, has high instant discharge current, can be quickly charged. No selfdischarge, No power shortage after long time unused.
Good safety performance. All batteries will not burn or explode at any situation including being hitting or impaled.
Equipped with high power BMS, to protect the batteries be over charged, short circuit etc.
Equipped with voltage indicator, to test the battery voltage at any time, see the charging statues.
Terminals are made of fine copper, to have good conductive properties, make the starting ability better.

Functions

High rate LiFePO4 cells are made to provide high output which is over 2 times higher than lead acid batteries. For this reason all batteries has extremely good starting ability, work well in low temperature environment. The good output current saves the efficiency of the gasoline pump and the sparking plug, so that to save the fuel consumption and improve the motive power.
Higher charging efficiency which is over 3 times higher than lead acid batteries, make the output voltage more stable, improves the efficiency of the electric motors, and makes the lights more bright.
